Case N3:
A 72-year-old patient with Stage IV ovarian cancer diagnosed by CT-scan,
ultrasound and pathologic examination had numerous 2-3cm peritoneal metastasis.
Her CA125 was 2,702 units/ml (normal up to 35 units/ml).
After two (2) months of treatment with Cell Saver, her CA125 level was 1038. A
CT-scan revealed a reduction of tumor sizes by more than 50%. In five (5)
months after starting Cell Saver supplements, the ultrasound and CT-scan showed
no signs of peritoneal metastasis and only a 2cm-3cm of an ovarian cancer mass
(before therapy it was 9cm-8cm). Her CA125 level was down to 42 units/ml. The
patient regained 8kgs and has experienced improvements in energy and overall
health. No side effects were noticed with the Cell Saver therapy.
